Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world’s most valued variety of red grape. In spite of this, the grape variety is relatively young, born from a possible crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc during the XVII century in southwestern France.
It pours a strong ruby red colour, with brick-red tinges related to its aging. Intense, refined and full-bodied, this wine has a moderate alcohol content, with a marked personality. The nose is slightly herbaceous, with notes of Parma violets and wisteria.
